BUS 615: Financial and Managerial Accounting is the study of accounting for the manager with emphasis on financial reporting, financial performance evaluation, ethical issues, and cost accounting.
This course is an advanced study of human resource (HR) systems along with an introduction to organizational behavior concepts and theories. The course includes an analysis of the design and implementation of strategic human resource systems from a general management perspective. Content includes organizational theory and assessment, HR strategy development, the relationship of HR systems to organizational performance, legal compliance, contemporary HR trends and issues, and a biblical integration of HR systems.
